I listened to Mr. Michaels for quite sometime and finally I decided to do some research. I contacted my mortgage company and all they would offer me was the Option Arms. This was a BIG NO NO with Mr. Michaels, so I contacted his office. I would like to take a moment to Thank Ken, Kent, and all their support group for making a Miracle Happen in our Mortgage Makeover. Over $100,000 in debt has been paid off, interest has been reduced from 9.75% to 6.25% on our primary loan, interest on 2nd mtg went from 13% to 10%, and we got rid of a $167 a month mortgage insurance fee that our previous primary lender held us to with every excuse in the book. In addition to our reduction in interest payments, our outgoing payments were reduced over $2400 per month. Initially, we tried to refinance with several other lenders, but either stopped the process due un satisfactory terms, like $20,000 in points and 8.25% interest for our primary loan to be refinanced, or were deemed non qualified for the pie in the sky rates of 5.5% to 6.5% held only for the best of the best!

With Ken's help and knowledge of the SYSTEM, we now have peace of mind and more cash at the end of the month, rather than, more month at the end of the cash! It is so nice as we begin receiving zero balance statements, from our creditors who have haunted us for years. We are now growing our savings account, are paying cash for all we buy, and can sleep at night.

Remember, Never Give Up, there is always a way! Just like in a maze; When we felt lost, Ken Michaels and Mortgage Makeovers, helped us find our way, and it feels sooo Good!
